Credits and commercial licenses are different
Credits pay for the technical production process. Premium model and premium voice licenses grant the applicable usage rights. Purchasing production credits alone does not automatically grant commercial rights for a premium model or voice.

What are Ruwana credits used for?
Credits are used for technical production operations such as image generation, video, motion, avatars, rendering and selected export processes.
Do unused credits give access without an active plan?
Production access requires an active subscription. Remaining credits can be used again after the applicable plan is renewed.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. Active subscribers can purchase one-time credit packs without changing their current subscription plan.
How do annual plans work?
Annual plans provide twelve months of access for the equivalent price of ten monthly payments. Current annual availability is confirmed inside the Ruwana app.
Are premium model licenses included?
Selected paid plans include a stated number of model licenses. Additional or premium usage rights may require a separate license.
Are premium voices included with credits?
Synthetic voices may be included depending on the workflow. Premium licensed voices have separate usage rights and availability.
Where do I subscribe or purchase credits?
Account creation, current plan selection and credit pack purchases are completed securely inside the Ruwana app.
Which plan is suitable for a business or agency?
Gold is designed for professional and small-team production. Professional is intended for studios, agencies and larger production workloads requiring the highest priority.
